Andreas Beck was born in 1987 and graduated from the Danish School of Media and Journalism with a bachelor in photojournalism in 2014. In 2012 he won a third place in the 67th edition of College Photographer of the year and in 2013 he was awarded a 2nd place in Picture of the Year Denmark. In 2017 he became a nominee in the Photography Grant Awards.
His main focus is journalistic work covering news and in-depth stories through reportage still imagery and moving images. Besides journalistic work, Andreas works with a wide portfolio of organizations producing both still and moving images.
He is based in Copenhagen where he lives with his family.
